It wasn’t the only time it’s happened. When you encourage this behaviour - patients struggle to get the care they need because a quicker & cheaper option is available.

Can't imagine not reading these in order. I know many people recommend it, but it is lovely seeing Pratchett build the world, perfect his skills as a writer, change and grow with every book. He makes familiar characters come in and out of focus in a way that feels like meeting old friends again.
