Minneapolis had a giant protest today, but there were also many smaller protests around the Twin Cities. The one I went to in St. Paul spanned 12+ blocks, 3 people deep, along both sides of the streets. Great signs, fun costumes, chanting, drumming, and lots of cars honking support! #NoKings

I originally heard 30,000 at the No Kings protest at the St. Paul capitol. I've recently seen reports of 80,000! I can believe it! It was packed.

Around 30,000 showed up at the St. Paul capitol to protest tRump and his anti-democracy regime at the No Kings march and rally despite an active shooter threat. We will not live in fear.

There were several other protests around the Twin Cities. The MN Bar held a re-swearing ceremony to uphold the constitution in Mpls. and there was something at MSP and I know there was a protest in the west metro. That said, the dancers at the capitol were great!

Minnesota showed up! Awesome crowd. I dropped off my 86-year/old mom (with walker and my husband) at the capitol and had to park a mile a way. People kept coming and coming. Great signs!! Keep it up everyone! #handsoff

Laying off Federal workers and cutting safety nets, while purposely crashing the economy, is beyond stupid and beyond cruel, it's evil. The TruMpusk and Greedy Old Prick (GOP) regime is what corruption looks like.
