He gave up the chase and headed for hime smirking, "only" wanted to scare them. Saw me more the first time and gave zero F. I went to his house and talked to his Dad who also gave zero F. This is haunting me too, they are neighborhood bullies but now it's life or death. And some give zero F's

It's a horror film. A teen bully chased my little kids riding his bike and chasing them on theirs. I was supervising them, but walking a little distance behind. He saw them, did not see me, got his bike and chased them full speef while they pedaled their hearts out and I ran after screaming.

I keep thinking about this video. There is no way they had probable cause or a warrant on that guy. Like every single other person, it’s just straight (attempted) kidnapping by the state with no legal authority.
