The Forbidden History podcast is my new obsession. History told without assigning value or morality. Just the facts but very in-depth and entertaining. My jaw has dropped so many times since listening to my first episode last night.

My #Graves brothers and sisters, an unbreakable ancestral curse describes it so well! It is genetic, so there is the ancestral. It is for life, hence unbreakable. I have to take daily meds to fend off the curse. What other hero's journey metaphors work? Do we have quests?

Really enjoying this book. Not because I believe I am psychic but because it has fantastic grounding and protection information! Halfway done. 💜

One gift I am giving to myself is indulgence in small things. I live in the middle of the U.S. It is chilly out.
