By doing the redraw you’re giving the image credit that AI can be a tool to make a better picture, when the problem is never wether it can make “good” art, it’s that the thing you’re redrawing is an amalgamation of pieces from many different artists without their consent and you just gave it value
redrawing someone else's AI generated drawing is not actually owning them. they want the attention.
