Quaint comment here, but this is 100% my work experience. Diversity lifts everyone’s game. The laziest workplaces I’ve seen are the homogenous ones. Can’t believe I feel the need to say this but that’s where we are.

Just heard an NPR reporter say that birthright citizenship is “the most common interpretation” of the birthright citizenship embedded in the constitution. May I suggest, “the overwhelmingly obvious fact.”

The extra offensive thing about Hegseth is that there are probably thousands of equally unqualified people with the same political views who aren’t racists, rapists, sexists, and drunks. Yet they stick w him as if he’s the only option.

One of the best things I ever did for myself was stop comparing my life trajectory to people who have support systems. I won’t say I never had help, but I’m just now truly understanding the difference between “assistance” and “support”.
