A dark-themed Logseq interface is open. On the left sidebar, the “Journals” page is selected. So I've been working on an AI assistant for Logseq, a note taking app. Think of this like a "Cursor for Logseq".

I'm quite happy as to where it's at right now, but I have a long way to go.

A LinkedIn post by George Hotz, President at comma.ai, made 2 weeks ago. The post reads: “The average VC career is 6 years, but everyone knows it takes 10 years to judge the outcome of a company. Both Cruise and comma.ai started at similar times and have been around about 10 years. comma has been steadily growing revenue and valuation, valued at about $1B now. Cruise peaked at $30B valuation, and is now worth 0. The problem, VCs still think Cruise was a better company. They cashed out their bags at that $30B valuation long before the company ever delivered value to anyone. If you are serious about building a company, don't listen to VCs. You can take their money if you don't give them a board seat or majority shares, but you shouldn't ever take their advice. They are not aligned with you, they are not aligned with long term value creation, they are just there to try to use you to pump their bags. VC will probably disappear in 10 years once everyone catches on to this.” At the bottom, the post shows engagement metrics: 870 reactions, 43 comments, and 25 reposts.

I forgot to post this, but yesterday was 420.
