Like if anyone has any recommendations I'll take it. Diet or exercise (keeping disability in mind lol). My diet is like 50% nuts, 30% lean meats and 20% fruits and veggies. Majority of processed foods hurt my tummy. I just wanna be like 140 lbs man. Hell I'll take 150.

Some days I fear I'm going to develop an eating disorder bc I can't lose weight even on a 1400 calorie, minimal sugar/carb diet most days. Sucks that that most I can do exercise-wise is walking maybe a third of a mile without feeling like I got hit by a truck the next day

I started on a pred pack bc I had a cough since AX (lmao) that kept getting worse. Now that my lungs aren’t inflamed, I have a cough that sounds like I have the plague but I keep going back and forth between feeling like I’m dying and feeling great 😭
