I think institutional knowledge is important but not an indefinite number of terms.
If the president appoints the Supreme Court, a 10- or 15-year limit should apply.

I think each term should be closer to 6 years. 2 years is too short, but there needs to be a way for their constituents to eject them if need be. At 6 years per term, 2 terms should be the cap. I could be talked into 3.
