The question for me is that Tesla is a publicly quoted company. The potential damage that Musk may be doing to the short and longer term share price must , surely, be a concern for both the regulatory authorities and share holders

Just watched the darts world championship final. Amazing! What a fantastic advert for working class sport! But since many of the top class players are from 'up north' do we always have to have the tournament in London? Perhaps in the north occasionally?
