The bill "requires" the third party organization to destroy the data after usage. How would this stop a minor from using their parents' IDs to access the content? Also, this is like giving a switch 2 to a known scalper and expecting them not to resell it. Absolute nonsense.
It was only a matter of time, but Canada has joined the censorship bandwagon with Bill S-209.
