Let’s talk about Impulse Control. It’s a core skill of emotionally intelligent leadership.

When leaders don’t take a pause, they confuse reactivity w decisiveness. Impulse control is what separates emotional maturity from emotional mess and is the EQ that keeps power from turning reckless.
