Y'all, I don't even know what to say except I can't stand the steady barrage of horrible news about our country. We are in danger, and people are defending the most horrible actions.

I hate to gripe all the time, but honestly, since the election I've been feeling so gloomy about the future. I just want to give up, but I know that is NOT an option. I am having a very difficult time thinking of anything positive for the next 4 years. Anyone else out there like this? 😑 Just, argh

Lot's of folks out and about today in Tahlequah, OK. Gas prices up by 10 cents and the stock market is moving down for the 10 day. Strange little coincidences always make me wonder.

All the news I am seeing seems to be telling me to prepare for the worst four years upcoming in the US. I don't even know how to think about that . . . it's damn sure scary though.

I'll say this much: Bluesky is an entertaining and informative place to be. The wit and humor here is infectious. Such a breath of fresh air. I gave up on Twitter long before the Muskmelon had control, and I am so glad I did.
