I distinctly remember learning that this was a thing when I for some reason put Half-Life in the CD player.

Practiced the stage 3 boss in Ketsui for like 2 hours today and got pretty good at it. Not 100% consistency, but good enough to move on.

Had to tinker a bit, but I finally got my shaders and overlay the way I want it in RetroArch. Next best thing to having a cab, I guess.

Bought Akai Katana Shin on a whim a couple of days ago and the mechanics made zero sense to me at first. But goddamn if it didn't turn out to be one of my favorite shmups for that sweet dopamine rush.

Spent 20 minutes trying to figure out where the bad smell was coming from inside the house. Wasn't until I opened the front door that I realized someone in the neighborhood has been eating surströmming.
