That's about 250k views on twitter, about 85k views on tiktok, 44k views on insta and another 5k on reddit yesterday. I don't know how much is coming from where though because so far I could not be arsed to put utm tracking anywhere 🙈

it was a rhetorical question to get the commenter to think about this actually, but thank you 😄

in the thread I linked people were sharing screenshots of the artists claiming it was intentional but I legit don't buy it. making a mistake that games and animation unintentionally also make without even realizing it isn't good horror imo!!! 🥲

the spike isn't gonna go all the way down again today either, we already got 200 more WLs since I checked this morning :3

yeah it is and I also only noticed it at second glance because the foreleg was distracting me 🥲
November 16, 2025 at 9:18 AM
WELL. Idk obviously but that would be weird af, especially considering the left leg is apparently barely even visible in the actual movie.

if your dead horse is unsettling only to the people who know how horses work, in a way that won't register to people who don't know how horses work, that's not particularly effective horror art imo. Because this exact thing (legs bending the wrong way) happens unintentionally ALL the time 🫠

this was posted on the horse subreddit and a ton of people are going "duh, it's intentionally grotesque 🙄" and frankly I don't buy that. Yes obviously it's meant to be unsettling, (bc dead and frozen) but a leg breaking backwards like that while still carrying weight makes no fucking sense sorry
Idky Equestrians are never consulted with projects like this
I loved the movie but noticed this

I appreciate your optimism but there's no perspective from which a horse's knees bend that way around 🙃

I did my best to translate the hilarity of the photos into text form 😌

it's up to 223k views and 11k likes now, and the same clip on tiktok has >50k views and 8.6k likes. I am already looking forward to posting the daily wishlist graph tomorrow and will go to bed now
