Exactly why I went to Philz once and never again lol. Went on a busy morning, ordered a black coffee. They asked for my name for the order. Told them I'd just wait while they poured my coffee. They explained it was pour over, each cup made individually. I waited 25 mins for a cup of black coffee. 😫
