Interesting thing about Dallas ISD is unlike most districts they don't have their planning staff do capacity utilizations, they reply on individual school admin to tell them. I think we'll see a big panic there when it finally catches up with them.

Sadly this is happening at districts across the country. Student enrollment is dropping, which means less money from the state. Buildings are below capacity & over staffed. It's just getting started.
