I believe he was, yes! I wish the quiz still works for me, but I fear it’s either outdated or it wants me to pay for a NYT subscription to get the answers. If for nothing else, talking to people about what they call skipping school or what grass rhymes with is in of itself fascinating!

The NYT did this amazing UK dialect quiz a few years ago. On a date we discussed the qs, and the woodlouse q came up - I had NEVER heard of them being a Chucky pig but the guy I was on a date with only called them that!

My second tube of balm dot com finished. I will say, 2 of the 3 balm dot coms I’ve had the tube has split (hence the electrical tape on the top). This has a particularly good mango flavour (I have another mango lip balm I’m halfway through that is nowhere near as good)
