I'm sorry. I've been up since 3am w/stomach issues caused by my new cancer medication.
I tried to sleep but the body won't let me.

I've been chronically ill since I was 9yo in 1980. I understand that cruelty intimately.
I can't imagine having dysphoria that exacerbates that horrific feeling.
