Side effects include blood clots.
No sitting for more than 1.5hrs at a time.

It was the coldest time of my life. I was renting a 1930's tiny home w/ zero insulation. My furnace ran non stop, I had to turn on my gas oven to help & I had an electric heater going.
I could only get the interior to 63°F for that entire cold snap.
