1 1/2 cups milk (360g)
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1 – 2 cups Ice cubes (130-260g)
Whipped Cream

I’ve not been feeling so well lately, and it’s like a combination of headaches, nausea, and a mix of sadness, anger, and frustration.
I’m unsure why this happens—maybe recent events have thrown me off balance. Maybe I just need more rest, and hopefully I can draw soon. that usually helps my mood
