One of the strangest parts of my bookbinding journey has been creating funeral mass booklets for now 3 close family members. It is a cathartic pain.

Halfway through sewing! First time the spine of my book WASNT the thickest part, but rather a little part in front of it. I’m sure pressing will help a lot… but in the meantime, yeesh!

my absolutely FAVORITE batman author is back with a new Gotham fic after 5 years and AHHH. sequel to Crush which was SO GOOD. I've reread this first chapter 3 times already. If you love Jerome, Joker, and well-written OCs this fic is ITTTT

Cookbook in progress using stub binding technique to attach two sheet protectors together so the pages can be rearranged or updated over time
Manila envelope template and two black pieces of paper folded into tabs (stubs), one folded in half and one folded in fourths Sheet protector with one of the black tabs slid along the inner side to act as a stiffener Two sheet protectors sewn together to the larger black stub Finished signature with sides of stub glued down. Each stub will be sewn together again to form a full book
