Hi Lola,
I think this article is so important! Antioxidants are vital as a part of a diet daily. They have so many benefits to them. In addition, I thought it was nice how this article gave anti-inflammatory foods as well. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Micaya,
I agree with your post! I think as a healthcare it is so important to be concise and clear! You want your patients to understand you at a connected level in a way that does not cause them more stress. Recommending this to parents is great for their kids. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Dhyani,
I agree with your post! I think sometimes we question why people are following a certain habit constantly, but judgemental is not good. We don't know what someone is going through. As a provider, it is important to understand why in a positive approach. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Jasmine,
I agree with your post! Stress is a big part of many factors and definitely weight gain. I think it is really important to approach someone in a friendly manner because you never know how someone is feeling. There can be so many factors!

Hi Julie,
I think this is so true as well! Managing time as a student is so crucial and so hard at the same time. The need to find time and balance between multitasking is so important! Getting the right varieties of foods that are nutritious is the key as you mentioned. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Matthew,
I think what you posted is really important to understand! We may not even notice something small printed that may not look important to us, but it really is. The fine print on anything health related is so important because we can miss it so easily. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Monica,
I think it is definitely important that patients can understand the article and can also understand the benefits. The summary section is great incase patients do not want to read over everything and want to skim through the article. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Micaya!
My paneer scramble recipe is to take paneer and cut it into small cubes or shred it with a grater. I then use indian spices such as, coriander power, chili powder, turmeric powder and cut the paneer and finally grill it on the stop top or microwave toaster. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
