The trick is to give it a twist and drop it straight in, then you get a nice even spread
1 twist the spaghetti bundle 2 drop the spaghetti bundle straight into the pot of salted boiling water, it should spread evenly, it may take a couple batches to master the drop 3 the pasta will soften evenly and melt down into the pot 4 gently stir it together once fully submerged, and boil for the time indicated on the package (it's different for different pasta and brands) - minus one or two minutes to keep it al dente so it can be finished in the sauce, and avoid overcooking

Eggplant slices, with moisture extracted by salt, the flour, egg, and panko breading, then baked and turned, until crispy golden all over, in olive oil - then topped and bottomed with marinara, fresh mozz, mar, parm, and baked till amazing Pulling these after broiling to get the cheese crusty, the second cook with cheese and marinara These baby's were breaded and baked then set into a light layer or marinara, covered with marinara, mozzarella, marinara, parmesean flakes (I'm sorry I didn't have parmagiano regiano handy - I also used Panko, not bread crumbs, and spiced it up

Just a few of my recent treats - greek salad (own dressing), baked beans (from scratch), luscious lemon loaf, and some hot honey-esque sauce
Mixed salad greens, red onion, olives, tomato, feta cheese, and my own greek dressing Slow cooked navy beans, with a complicated but yummy sauce, bacon, apple, molasses, maple syrup, smoke, spices, etc etc Zesty lemon loaf with an intense lemon glaze Honey and chili sauce, a few other tricks into the reduction, like rice vinegar, sesame oil, soya sauce, spices - very good on chicken
