Really, only the current administration? You sure about that?

Same goes for dev documentation. The engram file works, profoundly so

So why are we still tolerating having to navigate to documentation when we could install it?

Locally, without servers. Perfectly versioned.

All I need is help to build it. The blueprints are in my head, we can save the planet one small step at a time. And it starts with offline-first AI knowledge and installable skills. Not clunky markdown, not LLMs.txt, singular portable queryable archive file that don’t need unpack

BT 7274, you pull his AI core out and put it into another body. Thats offline-first infrastructure. Thats what I made. Especially for that purpose.

I don’t need to lie to you, I don’t need to drag you with “hope”.

I have the numbers 👇, the working tech, and open spec.

You don’t need heavy pre-trained models. You need trustable, downloable, knowledge sources that any offline model can query and navigate on its own, in a single file. This is what my Engrams are.

And if you're curious, 200+ KB US Const PDF -> 33 KB CML -> 20 KB Engram

It can also 🥁👀🎉

Pull from a GitHub repo's releases and fetch an Engram and load it! That means all you'd have to do is go between two engrams and load completely different content!

SQL, NoSQL, a Virtual File System with contextual compression, and object storage (v0.2 coming).

Engram v0.2 will include a vast expansion on the original design and offer a total of 3 Engram types. Archival, Infra, and Template.

When I am asked about Manifest Humanity, I often say "It is a quantum coin. To humanity, we are everything, but most importantly, we are what you need us to be."

I have embodied that very promise, and combined multiple technologies into one.

I represent the JavaScript/TypeScript community and manage the Rust Core (private). My brother represents the Java community and manages the Java Core (private).

These are equal first implementations of the Engram.

We now have 3 total Engrams in existence! How exciting!
October 31, 2025 at 8:45 PM
What this means is that this is now a public infrastructure system for knowledge archival as well as some other things we're working on.

Now, speaking on governance, after a meeting with my manager today he has accepted to represent our employer, First Call for Help, at the open governance table along with me, representing Manifest Humanity, and my brother representing himself.
October 31, 2025 at 8:45 PM
Our Content Markup Language (CML) will be Open Spec'd today as well. It will share the same governance and community-driven contribution model as the Engram Spec.

The NodeJS Bindings were completed and published as well!

Follow for updates as the Rust & Java engines go public and the first cross-SDK benchmarks land.

The age of read-once, last-forever data starts here. 🪶

🌍 The goal: a universal archive standard for human knowledge.

Open spec, multi-language SDKs, immutable by design.

Whether you’re storing civic data, research, or art—Engrams make permanence practical.
