I have never seen an Aldi.

The first few years I was a Costco customer (back in north Idaho) I got a lot out of big ticket stuff from Costco and it all paid for the membership, but we had a winco in town so it was marginal as far as everyday items go.

My household has only three people (one is 11 month old) so the value of Costco is arguable for us. The rx savings are worth it alone, but the crowd takes it out of me.

Except the miso ketchup at umami burger. That stuff was amazing. (I made a field trip to Palo Alto to try it and I was not disappointed!)

Those have been my go-to cheese crackers for a long time, and I have to wonder if there's some deft use of MSG (in whatever form, like hyrdrolyzed yeast) in that flavor of cream cheese because it is better than it has any right to be.
