instead of making new master ranks, sf6 should let high MR masters unlock keywords and graphics to customize their rank like the MGS5 Diamond Dogs emblem.

King of the Mischievous South Vol. 2 by Denzel Curry
I generally prefer introspective Zel, but there wasn't a more fun record that came out in 2024, full stop. I do wish he had more of a presence on this mixtape but all the features killed it and this dominates my gym playlist.

Fav. track: G'Z UP

In Waves by Jamie xx
Heard all of the singles separately and wasn't super wowed, but when the full album hit I couldn't stop grooving to it. It really ends up more emotionally captivating than I could've expected from a house record.

Fav. track: Treat Each Other Right

Dark Times by Vince Staples
I was super excited for new Vince and when it came out I wasn't quite ready for how dark it felt. Coming back to it toward the end of the year it really grabbed me, the subdued delivery stands out in such a loud year.

Fav. track: Children's Song

This Wasn't Meant For You Anyway by Lola Young
Was super surprised how much this project hit for me. Much more straightforward than I usually like, but so raw lyrically that it easily won me over. The vocals really bring a captivating venom to some simple but solid songs.

Fav. Track: Conceited

GNX by Kendrick Lamar
Probably Kendrick's most impressive album if only for the quick turnaround time. Haven't been able to stop spinning this album despite trying, there's too many bangers. The fact that THIS is the follow-up to Morale is such a wild thing to think about.

Fav. track: Reincarnated

Songs About You Specifically by MICHELLE
This was a super easy listen. An extremely catchy and incredibly horny album. The super strong grooves and melodies really make the most out of simple hook-y song structures that stuck with me.

Fav. track: Oontz

Glimmer of God by Jean Dawson
This album is just the best thing I heard this year, straight up. Incredible vocals and production, very dark and personal with so much variety in the sound. Could never guess what genre the next track would even be.

Fav. track: Play Dead
