Big accomplishment this year is my music log. Every week I made a list of new releases (usually 40~60 albums/50~70 singles), gave everything a shot, wrote about them and added them to a spreadsheet If I liked them. Great way to discover new music, horrible way to share new music with other people.

It's time for my (belated) ?th annual end-of-year evaluation, I do this publicly for my own edification:
Actually accomplished a lot of tangible goals in 2025,
I'm proud of myself for that but I think I've hit diminishing returns on self-improvement; the future's still bleak, I'm still isolated.

It's probably not right that seeing people excited about the biggest most important fighting game event we have just makes me feel bitter and alienated now, but that's where we are I guess.
