Mark Carney is about to announce more of his “elbows up” major projects.

But under the surface, one that’s being sold as an Indigenous-led LNG project is actually — spoiler — American as hell.

That’s not even the worst part!

so proud of all the people showing up to fight for vancouver, and oppose ken sim's atrocious billionaires' budget tonight #VanPoli
Continuing budget hearing. Speaker 94: my love for city compels me to speak. I’m angry but also afraid. Increasingly unliveable. Decries lack of transparency. How do we know more from whistleblowers? Claiming that these aren’t cuts isn’t true. Vancouver deserves better

What we are witnessing with air Canada is a complete breakdown in Canada's industrial relations regime.

It's part of a trend that should be scaring the hell out of average people.

The piece takes a more nuanced position than this post makes it seem, but I have to say, we’ve known the solution to better, more affordable telecom service for over a century: it’s through public ownership and delivery.

More seriously though, it’s striking how quickly those in power admit we can interfere with markets and divert supply chains at the stroke of a pen after they’ve spent years insisting they’re powerless to do so in order to pull people out of poverty, fight climate change or protect ecosystems.

Surprise, surprise. The party of tax cuts for the super-rich is proposing more tax cuts for the super-rich.

One day, I hope folks like Pierre learn that we don't solve the problems facing working people by giving billionaires more money.

Hi everyone.

The Onion, with the help of the Sandy Hook families, has purchased InfoWars.

We are planning on making it a very funny, very stupid website.

We have retained the services of some Onion and Clickhole Hall of Famers to pull this off.

I can't wait to show you what we have cooked up.
The Onion Buys Alex Jones’s Infowars Out of Bankruptcy
The satirical news site planned to turn Infowars into a parody of itself, mocking “weird internet personalities” who peddle conspiracy theories and health supplements.
