Team Fortress 2 was originally going to have female mercenaries as an option, but they got cut during development. This might be because their hitboxes and model proportions would be different between versions, making one possibly better. Concept art can be found here: www.drewwolf.com/tf2alt

Honestly, that's fair. I'm not an experienced homebrewer for PF2e so it's likely that anything I put out is unbalanced. I wish I put that into the post itself - I'll refrain from posting homebrew in the future and stick to lore.
