These gantries were set up in front of the Montague St Bridge here in Melbourne, Australia. It's a 3M (9'10") rail bridge just south of Melbourne CBD. Its notorious for trapping/destroying rental vans, and buses with drivers unfamiliar with the area. It didn't stop collisions, but it did slow them
