😂 I do the aliquot method and that sample is what I saw deflate. It was funny as was my mothers commentary 😂 because one second it was “oooo time to preshape” then by the time I washed my hands & came to do it, the sample said “ha not today you ain’t” 😂

Mine is done at 209/210. Where I am is very hot so that’s where bf is iffy for me. I’ve bf for 5, 6 & 7 hours. 7 hrs my dough dropped which while disappointing I found it funny, cause I was there when it went pssshhhh… 😂 I’m going to see what happens at hour 4 &1/2 or 4 hrs
