Depending on Timestamp between Inspirit and DD;

If DD is newer, Memnite loses Hexproof and Indestructible, while 5/5 Inspirit loses Flying.

If Inspirit is newer, Memnite has Hexproof and Indestructible, while 5/5 Inspirit has Flying.

Regardless, Mine has both Hexproof and Indestructible.

Just to be sure, with Everlasting Torment, an X = 5, targeting an 8/8 would gain 3 life;

First, 5 damage dealt in the form of 5x -1/-1 counters.
8/8 is now a 3/3.
Second, 5 life would be gained... But, it's greater than the 3 Toughness, so 3 life is gained?

I believe that the "When you do" Reflexive Trigger should be take as hyper literal;

As in "When you (create a Cat Warrior creature token this way)" And, "When you (draw a fourth Card this way)".

Which seems to be at odds with the way "If you do" is hyper general; eg. 118.11

There is no dependency.

Aven's Static ability begins to apply in Layer 5. See {613.6}.

Removing the ability in Layer 6 won't stop the Aven's ability from applying in subsequent Layers.

This fails clause B of {613.8a}

Xu-Ifit + Possessed Aven (with Threshold)

Layer 5 - Aven becomes Black. The ability had begun to apply, so no dependency in...
Layer 6 - Because Aven has an earlier Timestamp, it grants itself the Activated ability, before Xu-Ifit removes Static and Activated abilities.
Layer 7c - Aven gets +1/+1.

If Academy Manufactor is enchanted with Moonlight Meditaion, and an effect would have the Player create a Treasure Token for the first time in the turn;

Would they be able to create 3x Manufactor Tokens?
Or, are they limited to either a) 1x Manufactor or b) 1x Clue, 1x Food and 1x Treasure?

Is there a hierarchy to the Creation of Tokens?

The Ruling for Crafty Cutpurse has it above all other Creation Replacement effects.

Because the first Enchant ability, it could not attach to the new Creature. Because the second Enchant ability, it cannot remain attached to the old Creature. Thus, the Aura dies.

Is this still the case (if it ever was)?
Or, could Necromancy legally be attached to either of the two Creatures?

iirc, a few years ago, there was a Tweet by Eli that specified that each Enchant ability from one Trigger restricted the Aura to **only** being able to attach to that one Creature that the specific Trigger had returned.
