As a x55 owner would say for less than £40 this is a steal. Nice large screen, decent not great controls. Upto PS1 no issue with some N64, Dramcast and psp possible.

Visited my father today who now lives close to the park that my old school is in. So only fair to recreate old cross country days with a big lap of the park and 2 laps of the lake. Lot more hills than my usual runs

Used my old running shoes today. Felt good. Need to rotate them more going forward.
Don't think I would have beaten my 5k pb but potentially close as pace had significantly picked up. Then a barrage of missed calls from the missus called a halt to proceedings.

Nearly overtook a cyclist. Ok he was smoking a joint and soon fucked off when got to the downhill section, bit still. Also quicker final k as someone overtook me and I tried to stay with them.

Tried to focus on my cadence. I think it caused me to go a bit quicker as apparently that was my third quickest 5k. Did get my cadence to 160 last month or so been hovering around 155.
