Overreacting? No, definitely not. If at all, she’s under reacting. BF staying at another woman’s house because she is sick? And I thought these things only happen in dramas. No, just no. If you’re sick and someone who is in a relationship volunteers to stay with you overnight, please decline.

She should not live with nor marry him. Or be with him in any way. There must be a reason for that on-again, off-again relationship she has with him. Time to really think things through before she takes the plunge. He would not be a good person to be around her and her son. Ditch him already.

As someone who’s a migraine sufferer, I got so triggered by this. Migraine is like a sleeping giant. It doesn’t have a cur & its medications have side effects, some even severe, the reason why I don’t take medications anymore when I get migraines.
Oh, and yes, he’s cheating or at least planning to.

I’m sorry your mom experienced that. And, I understand where you’re coming from with your first comment. My reply is only about divorce being recognized in the Philippines in circumstances mentioned. Having a failed marriage isn’t easy to deal with.

I’m a Filipino, too. While there’s still no divorce in the Philippines, divorce between a Filipino citizen and a foreigner is recognized, so long as said divorce is recognized in the country of the foreigner spouse. 😊

Since her “reaction” to what he did was to STILL give him half of the fish AND pay for their dinner, she did “overreact.” What she should have done as a “reaction” to what he did was to NOT pay for the whole meal, or, if at all, just pay for her share of the fish.
I hope she breaks up with that AH.
