I’m a Filipino, too. While there’s still no divorce in the Philippines, divorce between a Filipino citizen and a foreigner is recognized, so long as said divorce is recognized in the country of the foreigner spouse. 😊

Today, in the Philippines, is the midterm elections. After we cast our ballots, as a sign that we have voted already, we are marked with indelible ink on the index finger.
