My favorite thing about Musk is his attention to detail. He wanted to embody Grima Wormtongue so much that he spend decades cultivating a greasy stringy aesthetic. That kind of dedication is only possible with a huge brain or Ketamine.

Got married this weekend. Best advice I can give you for a wedding is to invite just the cool and interesting people you know, that way the vibes are PERFECT.

Highly recommend writing thank you notes after your wedding rehearsal dinner/night out. You will cry a lot, but that is a feature not a bug. In general thank the people you love more often than you do. Holy shit it feels good.

I got to sub for an astronomy class today. It was awesome. I had to deliver notes with no idea what was going to be on the next slide. It was like a PowerPoint night, except my audience were students who needed to know this info. High stakes!

I get frustrated when people point out right wing hypocrisy, mostly because I am not sure who it is for. The folks on the right seem to be unfazed by it, and folks on the left have been shouting about it. Maybe it is for smug centrists to feel superior for a fleeting moment before the world ends?
