With investment, we could shift focus to transition straight to a green economy. Global demand for LNG has already peaked. Getting LNG to market takes much longer, is bad for people & the 🌎 & is MUCH more expensive than renewables.

It's okay, we Canadians have been doing a pretty bang up job destroying our own old growth forests all by ourselves. In BC, logging companies are allowed to clear cut 10,000 year old forests. 5 "Manhattan islands" worth each year.

It's okay, we Canadians have been doing a pretty bang up job destroying our own old growth forests all by ourselves. In BC, logging companies are allowed to clear cut 10,000 year old forests. 5 "Manhattan islands" worth each year.

Canada isn't changing its tune, regardless of having someone on power that supposedly "believes" in climate change. Carneys first "nation building projects" will be to appease certain provinces with unnecessary new pipelines.
