That is such a great point you made about being able to help others by making sure they are aware of false information they might be hearing about their nutrition! Also a good thing that we can tell them which ones are true and which ones aren’t!

I agree that making sure the parents have good guidance in teaching their children the right things to eat. Children learn by example and if they see their parents eating healthy they will too!

This is a great connection with things we’ve learned about it the past! And it is really important for people to know that fear is not helping others to lose weight it is most likely making it worse.

I also thought this a very important point brought up. Fat shaming people definitely does more harm to them than giving “tough love” to them.

I completely agree, I feel like I never have enough time to prepare anything throughout the week. My breakfasts are always something quick I can take on the go.
