Has anyone read The Covenant of Water? I’m considering picking it up next but it’s quite the commitment and I hope it’s not a sad book because I’m still recovering from A Tale for the Time Being.

I’m obsessed with making my slides look pretty. I literally cannot think of the content unless the slide is aesthetically pleasing to my eyes 😭

I’ve been actively trying to not respond with “haha no not really” when someone says that I must be smart because I did a PhD. It is incredibly hard but I gotta stop putting myself down like that.
