Update: got a confirmation from my principal that they'll be adding the restroom checkbox (don't know why someone else hasn't decided the form needed it in the past 14+ years and fixed it before me). I'll take a photo of that beauty when I eventually see it.

Right?! Of course it was cloaked in “we just want to make sure you feel supported and can come to us if you have an issue.” Meanwhile it’s a pass that the district prints so I went to the person responsible for forms. If the school was responsible for the passes, I would’ve gone to the principals.

Aaaaand cue my school admin calling me after school hours to yell at me for being proactive instead of grumbling about something that annoys me and doing nothing about it.
