Reading a case where the court said it was “fanciful” to think the Reasonable Consumer would believe a product labeled “100% New Zealand Manuka Honey” was 100% derived from the Manuka flower. 🧐 I must be way more gullible than the Reasonable Consumer or just a horribly uninformed honey consumer.
