Great to be back in Plymouth over the weekend. Loved the digital display of children’s & young people’s competition entries for Surreal Estates at #BOXPlymouth ~ theme being to think about a special place & be inspired by Surrealist techniques. Particularly enjoyed the fab collage and video works 👏

Made it into the sea early this morning after having to talk myself into it! Sea was cold, calm, and completely worth it. It felt like such an achievement, and I came out relaxed, and happy. The perfect Sunday start 🦦 🌞

Gorgeous collage bookmarks made at Try It Out Tuesday ~ our new taster session held at The Friendship Cafe, St David’s. Designed especially for people who may feel a little anxious about joining a community course; there’s tea & cake, a gentle activity & chat (or not) at this free monthly event 🕊️

Leading into Mental Health Awareness week, teamed up with friend and colleague Kat Toomey to share a little Wish Tree activity at work. Learners and staff are invited to share what community means to them. Also a nudge to make space for self care over the weekend 🌞
