anger isn't inherently bad, and in fact one of the most important emotions to have as it allows you to choose to defend yourself and protect yourself instead of giving into despair and wither away. don't abuse it, but don't fear it either. embrace it by channeling it towards being better than them.

i’m really curious about this. were they aware of the western heart symbol in 14th century Japan? did the heart symbol with its current meaning even exist in the west by then?
