Bonus second wrong Doctor choice. While Neil Gaiman deserves to rot, Paterson Joseph did a magnificent job in this role. And so did his coat.
Paterson Joseph dressed as the Marquis de Carabas, a sort-of Victorian dandy? I think? Certainly has a long black coat with red lining, plus a vest and some cool boots.
