3. Using AI as a Support Tool

I used to have ideas I couldn’t move on. Not because I didn’t care, but because executive function kept dropping the ball. Using AI feels like getting my hands back. I’m not looking for shortcuts. I just want to start. To keep momentum going. And to be able to say:

Most people think it’s about focus. But for me, it’s about the energy cost of pretending to be fine. The overcommitting, the masking, the late-night crash after spending the whole day “performing capable.” It’s not a failure. It’s a system in overdrive.

1. The Physical Impact of Trauma

Turns out, long-term stress doesn’t just make you “tense.” It reshapes your whole nervous system. Burnout, shutdown, decision fatigue, constant aches, etc. it’s not in your head.It’s in your wiring. And it’s been there a while.

It gave me language for something I’ve been trying to name for years. And lends very well to the ideas I keep coming back to.

Not entirely because I’m trying to" fix" myself.

But because I’m finally trying to understand why I’ve been so tired for so long.
