On our 6 months ped visit I told her my concerns for the cub and I was not satisfied with the answers I got, so we decided to get him some baby classes while we searched for a second opinion.
This pic was one night I was doing some exercises with him from YouTube and Roko was "helping" 😅

You can see my cub was unable to keep his head up or sit at that age. This was a few weeks before he started physical therapy.
