The problem I had with growing okras was that at any time, my plants had only 2-3 okras ready to be harvested. So I would need a whole bunch of plants for a decent harvest. Also, okra rapidly gets woody when stored, even in the cold, so you need to cook it right away. But the flowers are pretty!
