Just did a 2 day self-imposed retreat. Reflected on 24-25 SY, planned my summer priorities (Health tops the list), set up a workout plan, and made a meal plan of slow food (homemade pasta Thurs). And I slept. Relaxed but also feel like I have a purpose to look forward to each day. Highly recommend.

Spent last weekend in beautiful Québec, and made it home through a storm that dropped 18-21 inches of snow. As usual, we were well taken care of by Prométour, our tour company. Can’t recommend enough!

Still sifting through the wealth of info and resources I got from #ACTFL24. Day 2 was just as amazing as Day 1! The sessions by Joshua Cabral and @grahnforlang.bsky.social were def 2 of the highlights. Always blown away by how much these wonderful colleagues are willing to share!

Sister Mary Helen Kashuba is a national treasure. Thankful that ACTFL was in our backyard so she could present. This was a great session and a reminder of all the rich French culture outside l’Hexagone.
