I didn't have time to say hi after your excellent presentation, Jen. We met 3 or 4 Red Pencils ago, when it was at Bastyr. I think we were at the same table at lunch? I remember being so envious of your team at Aspect, way ahead of my own at HDR (which is better now, but love the survey ideas!). Thx
